Thank you for your nice review!! These are the kind I like the most. I will answer to everything.
1) I know that a Water Fruit is, of course, unacceppatble in the One Piece universe (unless Oda sensei decides otherwise). As I already said, it will all be explained. But if you really want a spoiler, all i can say is that he's not really a fruit user.
2) You're probably right on that matter, but I can actually recall that many logia fruit users can create similar techniques with their element. Smoker once trapped Luffy in a "smoke cage", pretty unlogical if we reason by the usual physic.
3) I already answered to that, too: when i started this flash movie, there were no sprites for the Golden Sunny, as there was no Brook yet. Actually, there still ain't any sprite of them. That's the only reason: I'm not a spriter, I would never be able to draw the sprites of them on my own.
